SERVICE AND SUPPORT CONTRACT
2X Systems offers tailored support contracts depending on your operational requirements. Our support schedules can include additional training and software maintenance with helpdesk services, ensuring all equipment in the field benefits from the latest software developments and functionality.
Training of operators and service support staff is paramount to the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the system. 2X Systems provides training packages that are tailored to customer requirements, including both on-site and classroom training by our expert trainers. We also offer training and support material in the language of the country.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
The 2X Systems service and support programmes have been developed to meet our customer needs, ranging from one-off site visits to a full service and support contract including parts. All work is carried out by highly trained engineers with rapid response times.
UPGRADES AND RETROFITS
2X Systems understands the need for systems to be kept up to date. We will inform the customer of all changes and provide upgrades and retrofits, either within agreed service agreements or separate contracts.
PARTS AND COMPONENTS
Parts and components will be available for a minimum of 10 years from purchase. Customers will be informed when a part or component becomes obsolete with option for a one-time purchase or an alternative part.
